Meals

Meal is an important part of everybody's life.
If people eat a lot of fried potatoes, roasted meat, spices and sweets, they might have some problems with their health.
To be healthy people should eat more  fruit  and vegetables, boiled and stewed meal, drink decaffeinated coffee, natural mineral water and fruit juices.
Keep away from fatty foods and strong drinks!  
Having a meal we must remember, that man is what he eats!
The motto of our life should be: "Eat to live not live to eat!"
